Shawn Lamberson is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellow. Shawn teaches 1st grade at 21st Century Charter School in Gary, Indiana. She has taught 1st grade for two years and fifth grade for one year. She became a teacher after being a teacher’s assistant for six years at her former school Aspire Charter Academy in Gary, IN. Shawn received her BA in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest and completed Teacher Ready Online Certification Program at the University of West Florida.
