Judy Sima is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Independence Mission Schools Teacher Leadership Project member and a 2nd-grade teacher at St. Martin de Porres. She also serves as her campus’s coordinator for after school clubs. Judy began her career in New Haven, Connecticut as a teaching fellow for Americorps where she taught 5th-8th grade science. Judy is a member of the Mary Ann Leadership Program Cohort 23. Judy holds a BS in early childhood education from Chestnut Hill College and is working on an MEd in educational leadership at the University of Notre Dame.
