Adrian Smith is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and early childhood inclusion teacher at Mattahunt Elementary School in Boston. She is part of her school’s instructional leadership team. Previously, she taught K-1 in two other district schools. Adrian served on the board of the Boston chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and was a Teach Plus Turnaround Teacher at the Orchard Gardens School in Boston. She received her BA in early childhood education and MEd in moderate special needs from Boston College, and EdS in educational administration, planning, and policy from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
