Lynetta Smith is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and is a kindergarten teacher at Duquesne Elementary School in Duquesne. She focuses on implementing inclusion practices with English language learners as well as students with special needs. Lynetta started her teaching career as a substitute teacher and Head Start teacher. She earned her BS in Early Childhood Education from California University of Pennsylvania, her MS in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global, and holds an ELL certification.
