Rashonda Smith is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and high school psychology, sociology, and criminal justice teacher at Forrest City High School in Forrest City, Arkansas. She focuses on helping her students understand human behavior and the justice system, while developing critical-thinking skills for their future careers. Previously, Rashonda served as one of her district’s Behavioral Specialists through Special Services for K-12. She is the recording secretary of the Forrest City Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
