Charles Snow is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus California Senior Policy Fellow and Inclusive Education Coordinator at Bright Star Schools in Los Angeles. Supporting special education and inclusive education programming in the K-12 setting, he ensures equitable access and opportunities to learning for students with disabilities. Charles has also held roles as a special education teacher, instructional coach, special education administrator, and high school principal in the South Los Angeles area. He is a Teach For America alumnus, who began his education career as a middle school special education and math teacher in Tulsa. Charles earned a BS in human and organizational development at Vanderbilt University and MA in special education from California State University, Los Angeles.
