Jo Spark is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Jo has served as the Master Teacher of Blended Learning and Innovation at Alta Vista Elementary in Waco. Among her many district and campus involvements, she serves on her campus leadership team and the Quality District Advisory Committee. She is a Teaching Fellow for the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. Jo has been named a Microsoft Innovative Educator and an Educator in Residence for The Henry Ford Museum. She holds a BA in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
