Taylor Spieker is a 2026 Teach Plus National Teacher Policy Cabinet Senior Cabinet Member and Multilingual Learner teacher at Bozeman High School and Gallatin High School in Bozeman, Montana. She focuses on ensuring the academic and social success of students who are learning English as a new language through classroom instruction and her work as part of the schools’ Multilingual Learner leadership team.
Taylor earned her BA in Elementary Education and her MA in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.
