Margaret Stanley is a 2022-2023 Indianapolis Equity Change Agent, special education preschool lead teacher, and an instructional leadership team member at Hornet Park Early Childhood Center in Beech Grove, Indiana. She focuses on providing services to preschoolers with exceptional needs to help them meet their developmental milestones as well as lead teachers to be effective classroom teachers through professional development and observation evaluations. In the past, she served as her school’s early childhood center coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Early Childhood Education and exceptional needs with minors in Spanish and Global Studies. Margaret is a licensed birth to 3rd grade educator and also holds her mild intervention license.
