Nia Stanley is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and a coach with The Propel Teacher Residency Program in Pittsburgh. She focuses on classroom management and classroom culture and has also helped lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work across Propel. She co-leads the Black Educator Initiative. Nia began her teaching career in 1997, and has taught a number of grades and owned an early learning center. Nia earned her BS in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana.
