Nia J. Stanley is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Belonging, Empowerment, and Mentorship Network Facilitator. She is an instructional coach with the Propel Schools Teacher Residency Program in Pittsburgh, where she supports teacher development and equitable instructional practice. Nia began her career as an educator and later expanded her leadership as the owner of an early learning center, also providing early childhood coaching through Keystone STARS. She has contributed to initiatives that advance instructional quality, teacher growth, and student success. Nia is an active participant in professional learning communities centered on educational equity, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and, while studying at Walden University, was invited to join the National Society of Leadership and Success. She earned her BS in elementary education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion credential from Cornell University.
