Meghan Strawcutter is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and preschool teacher and director at LOLA’s Early Care and Education Center in Homer City, Pennsylvania. She brings over 18 years of educational experience, including six years as a lead teacher in a STAR 4, NAEYC-accredited center, and holds a Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System certification. Meghan serves on the Provider Advisory Board for Start Strong and PreK for PA, and received the VOICE for Children Award (2026). She previously taught undergraduates at Westmoreland County Community College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She earned her BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and M.Ed. and PA Teacher’s Certification from Carlow University.
