Stuart Hall is a Teach Plus Los Angeles Teaching Policy Fellow. Stuart teaches middle and high school mathematics and social studies at The Incubator School, an entrepreneurship pilot within LAUSD, where he also serves as testing coordinator, his union’s chapter chair, and chairperson of the school’s governing council. He has previously taught mathematics and history at Mark Twain Middle School, where he served as the gifted program coordinator and as a member and chairperson of School Site Council. Stuart holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and his teaching credentials in mathematics and social studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
