Tara Case is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Illinois Early Childhood Educator Policy Fellow and is the Assistant Family Services Director for The Regional Office of Education #33 serving Knox, Henderson, Mercer, and Warren counties. In 2019 Tara was awarded the Excellence in Education award from ROE #33 for her work in serving the Prenatal- Age 3 home visiting program as well as the Center-Based program through the Prevention Initiative grant. Tara has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Black Hawk College and has served in child care centers, preschools, home visiting and center-based programs for the last 30 years.
