Tasha Jones is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Commonwealth Senior Policy Fellow. A returning Fellow, Tasha writes curricula and teaches English (literature and composition) at the John J. Duggan Academy in Springfield, Massachusetts, Tasha earned an MS in Community Psychology from Martin University and is currently enrolled in the Wheelock School of Education. She is intrinsically motivated to seek, speak, and teach the truth while harvesting an unrelenting commitment to decolonizing curriculum. Additionally, she provides classical education through a historically accurate cultural heterogeneity to scholars who have been academically neglected.
