Shannon Theis is a 2023-2024 Michigan Teacher Leadership Collaborative Member and a 3rd grade teacher and administrative intern at Ada Vista Elementary School in Ada, Michigan. She focuses on developing coherent, effective instructional systems as an administrative intern, and helps to organize, plan, and implement protocols across the school as teacher in charge. Shannon was a kindergarten teacher for three years, also at Ada Vista. Shannon was named a Fulbright Teacher Assistant Scholar (2018-19). She earned her BA in elementary education for bilingual education from Grand Valley State University, and an MA in K-12 education administration from Michigan State University.
