Stacy Thomas is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Illinois Affinity Group Facilitator and middle school art teacher at A.J. Katzenmaier Academy in North Chicago, Illinois. She serves as director of production work and fine arts performances. Stacy previously taught visual and performing arts. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she has chaired youth advocacy and scholarship committees. She completed her BA in Art from Northern Illinois University, earned an MA in teaching from National Louis University, and EdD in curriculum advocacy and policy from National Louis University.
