Quiana Toliver is 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is Dean of Student Culture at Harmony School of Innovation-Katy in Katy, Texas, bringing more than 15 years of distinguished leadership in education. Since joining the school in 2017, Quiana has been Dean of Student Culture, Dean of Academics, and Dean of College Counseling. Quiana’s leadership contributions has earned her team prestigious accolades, including recognition as a National School of Character, State School of Character, and the College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) School Honor Roll-Platinum (2023). Newsweek Magazine named Harmony School of Innovation (HSI)-Katy as the top Charter School in the Houston Metro Area and #1 High School in Katy (2022). Quiana holds a BA in business administration from the University of Houston, master’s in educational leadership from the University of Phoenix, and certifications in instructional leadership and principalship from Sam Houston State University.
