Abigail Turley is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and instructional coach at Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She serves on her school’s Equity Team and Continuous Improvement Team. Abigail previously taught high school English for 24 years. She is a Teacher Consultant with the West Chester Writing Project. She earned a BS in English education from West Chester University, an MS in education from Gratz College, and a certificate in instructional coaching from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.
