Lynn Unger is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow, childcare director, and Pre-K Counts teacher in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She serves on local early childhood advisory councils. Lynn previously served as a school-age coordinator managing youth enrichment programming and spent over a decade designing kindergarten readiness curricula. She earned an A.S in early childhood education from Lehigh Carbon Community College and B.S. in elementary education from Cedar Crest College.
