Glamour Valentine is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and kindergarten teacher at Charles W. Earle STEM Elementary School in Chicago. She serves on the Instructional Leadership Team, where she collaborates with colleagues to enhance curriculum design, instructional practices, and student outcomes. Glamour also serves on the Local School Council, working with staff, families, and community members to support school improvement initiatives and foster an inclusive learning environment. She taught preschool for 13 years and also served as the YMCA’s Early Childhood Director for three years, where she oversaw curriculum implementation, staff development, and family engagement initiatives. Glamour was named Teacher of the Year (2023) by her school, and earned an English as a Second Language Endorsement. Glamour earned her BS in early childhood education from Chicago State University, her MS in human behavior from Capella University, and her MA in early childhood education from National Louis University.
