Vikki Podlipni is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Illinois Early Childhood Educator Policy Fellow who works at a home daycare in Mount Prospect. Vikki is a co-teacher who teaches children ages 2 to 5 years old and helps run the daycare and creates curriculum based on the children’s needs. Vikki started an educational Instagram page called @children.learn.differently to help change the perspective of teaching. Vikki finished her Early Childhood Education degree at Oakton Community College and completed the Speech Language Pathology Assistant Program at the College of DuPage.
