Vladimir Dinolov is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Texas DFW Senior Policy Fellow. Vladimir teaches 4th grade STEM at Dallas ISD’s personalized learning campus, Dan D. Rogers Elementary. Since 2017, Vladimir has been ranked in the top 1% of Dallas ISD teachers and uses his ranking to advocate for teacher performance-based compensation, increased funding for low-income students, and the implementation of edTPA as a certification requirement in the state of Texas. He has published an op-ed, ”Ensuring Growth and Mastery for All Students,” and has co-authored a Teach Plus policy memo, “Why Expanding Teacher Leadership Opportunities Matters.” Vladimir is pursuing an M.S. in Applied Data Science at Syracuse University.
