Koby Vuong is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus California Emergent Bilingual Change Agent. She teaches 9-12 grade speech and debate, 12th grade ethnic studies and American government, and 10th grade Advanced Placement World History: Modern in West Sacramento, California. Koby serves as speech and debate coach and senior class advisor. She was recognized as a Washington Unified School District Bright Spot. Koby earned a BA in history from the University of California, Davis.
