Jacqueline Wade is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and kindergarten teacher at Boston Public Schools in Mattapan, Massachusetts. She leads inclusive practices in early childhood education and supports literacy development to strengthen foundational skills and foster students’ love of learning. Jacqueline was a Donovan Urban Teaching Scholar in Early Childhood Education, recipient of the Janet Palmer Owens Scholarship, and received the Student Teacher Award from Boston College. She began her teaching career as a paraprofressional in Boston Public Schools and then was a Donovan Urban Teaching Scholar at Boston College. Jacqueline engages in early childhood education networks to advance equity and inclusion in the classroom. She earned her BA in project management and her MEd in early childhood education from Boston College, and is pursuing a certificate in the Early Education
