Samuel Webb is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus New Mexico Policy Fellow and 3rd grade math lead teacher at Mission Achievement and Success Charter School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He previously taught 5th grade at Wallace Stegner Academy in Salt Lake City, Utah, and seminary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Samuel completed a research project on education and religious freedom with the Woolf Institute at Cambridge University (2023) and was selected for the Wheatley Institute Constitution Education Project (2023). His 3rd grade math students scores were more than double New Mexico’s average (2025-2026). Samuel earned his BA in history from Brigham Young University.
