Aidn White

Aidn White is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Massachusetts Senior Policy Fellow and an infant educator/specialist and program director at Frog Pond Family Child Care in Amherst, MA and New Village in Northampton, MA, respectively. His current focus is on mindful, whole-family care for infants, community models of education that support everyone to take care of each other, and social-emotional education that takes into account the diversity of children and their caregivers. Aidn is a DEEC licensed infant, toddler, and preschool lead teacher and recently received his Director 1 certification. He is also a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and its Massachusetts branch, MAAEYC. He received his BA in Early Childhood Education from Hampshire College in 2019 and his MEd: Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Early Childhood from Concordia University-Portland in 2020.
