Crystal Williams is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Independence Mission Schools Teacher Leadership Project member and a kindergarten teacher at Our Mother of Sorrow/St. Ignatius School. Crystal is a Cadre leader for the IMS project and collaborates with other teachers in her grade band to find the best ways to teach ELA curriculum. Crystal earned a BAin elementary education and an MEd from St. Joseph’s University
