Dalashay Williams is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Belonging, Empowerment, and Mentorship Network Facilitator and 2nd grade teacher at Ehrman Crest Elementary School in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. She is an Instructional Cabinet Member and lead representative. Dalashay focuses on student-centered instruction, teacher leadership, and creating equitable learning environments. She is head volleyball coach at Propel Homestead Middle School, where she led teams to two championships and two undefeated seasons. Dalashay began her career as a classroom teacher at Noah’s Ark Daycare and later served as a counselor and head counselor at Pine Valley Camp. She has taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades. Dalashay earned a bachelor’s in elementary and special education from Geneva College, graduating cum laude and receiving the Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship and the Delta Kappa Gamma Award for excellence in education. She has a master’s in educational administration from Penn West Global Online.
