Jessica Williams is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow and 5th-grade math teacher at O.M. McNair Middle School in Belzoni, Mississippi. She began her teaching career as a teacher’s assistant in 2007, became certified to teach in 2010, and has taught various grades K-6. Jessica was named her school’s Teacher of the Year (2023-2024). She earned her master’s from the University of Phoenix.
