Naylah Williams is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and special education compliance monitor at Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical Education High School in Philadelphia. She oversees compliance monitoring and programming for students with disabilities. Naylah previously was a special education math teacher. She earned a BA in Psychology and Art Studio from State University of New York at Potsdam with minors in history and education, MS in special education, another MS in education transformation and improvement with concentrations in special education law, urban education, and educational policy, and a post-baccalaureate administrative certification in Administrative I K-12 Principal from Drexel University.
