Isoke Wilson-Pridgen is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Affinity Group Facilitator and Assistant Principal at Normal Community West High School in Normal, Illinois. She is on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Teaching and Learning Team and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Administration Committee, fostering a change in adult behavior that improves students’ learning and discipline outcomes. Isoke also serves on the Core Team and Strategic Planning Team. She has a bachelor’s in special education, with learning behavior specialist certification, from Illinois State University and MA in educational leadership with principal endorsement from Aurora University.
