Hollie Woodard

Hollie Woodard is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow. She is a high school English teacher and technology coach at Council Rock High School North in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Hollie is a gifted and virtual English teacher. She also serves as a technology coach, member of the Superintendent’s Artificial Intelligence Study Group, and Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology Chair of the Council Rock Education Association. Author of Hacking Flex Teaching: 10 Solutions for your Blended, Hybrid, or Distance Learning Classroom, Hollie was Pennsylvania Department of Education Teacher of the Year Finalist (2022), National Education Association (NEA) Teacher of Excellence,  and Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C) Innovator of the Year. Hollie is a Pennsylvania State Education Association Advocate for Children and Education (PSEA ACE) and seven-time Keystone Technology Innovator Lead Learner. She earned her BA in English and communication from LaSalle University and an MEd in education and information technology from Arcadia University.
