Yolanda Calderón teaches general and instrumental music at Vista PEAK Exploratory P-8 in Aurora, Colorado. Yolanda was one of the first two recipients of the Rachel B. Noel Scholarship in recognition of her work with Music for MS, a non-profit benefiting the Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center. She serves as Assistant Representative with the Aurora Educator’s Association. Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance and a Bachelor in Music Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
