Jinhui Yu is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus California Emergent Bilingual Change Agent. He teaches 3rd grade Mandarin immersion and is a National Board Certified Teacher at William Land Elementary in Sacramento. Jinhui focuses on teaching children in the areas of giftedness and bilingual/bicultural development. He was a 2021-2022 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Jinhui also is a team lead for bilingual teachers and mentor teacher for the University of Davis’ teaching credential program.
