Tess Casper (she/her) joins Teach Plus as Program and Operations Associate support team PA, where she will provide administrative support for recruitment and selection, communications, logistics, event planning, and data and systems management. Prior to joining Teach Plus, Tess was a Volunteer Engagement Specialist at The National MS Society where she recruited and managed volunteers for fundraising events. Tess was also a 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts teacher at a Charter School in Philadelphia. She is eager to join the Teach Plus team and return to the education field in a different way.
Tess received a BA in English and Anthropology from Ursinus College and an MS in Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s University. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, reading, and traveling with her husband and two dogs.
