Stacie Dow is the Program & Operations Associate, supporting the Pennsylvania team at Teach Plus with program coordination, event planning, logistics, communications, and day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Teach Plus in 2026, Stacie served as Assistant Director of Events & Engagement at Carnegie Mellon University, where she led alumni engagement programs and coordinated large-scale events. She previously managed the AmeriCorps program at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania, where she recruited, trained, and supported young adults serving in schools and community organizations. Across her previous roles she built a career around creating opportunities for young people, supporting community partnerships, and developing programs that bring people together around a shared purpose.
Stacie is a first-generation college graduate. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Studies from Chatham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Point Park University. She lives in the greater Pittsburgh region with her daughter, Ruby, cats (Meatball and Huey) and senior dog (Annie). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading mysteries and thrillers, sewing, and spending time outdoors.
