Nabila Meghjani [she/her] joins Teach Plus as the Texas Program and Operations Associate. As a Program and Operations Associate, she will provide administrative support in a variety of areas, including communications, logistics, event planning, and recruitment and selection.
Nabila’s professional experience includes roles in communications, administrative support, and event logistics, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage multiple priorities, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and deliver results. She is deeply committed to advancing equity and supporting underserved communities and is excited to contribute to Teach Plus’ mission.
Nabila received a BA in Gender Studies and Theatre from Hollins University. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, quilting, and trying to make a dent in her ever-growing TBR.
