Ciana Neris joins Teach Plus as an Engagement and Integration Intern in a part-time role. Reporting to Nicole Gary, Ciana provides project coordination, logistics, and administrative support across Learning and Development, Talent and People Operations, Knowledge and Insights, and Internal Communications. Her work expands bandwidth as the Engagement and Integration Team continues to establish its role and build out key initiatives across Teach Plus.
Prior to joining Teach Plus, Ciana worked in customer service and onboarding operations in the hospitality sector. As a corporate trainer, she helped open a new restaurant and led host training and onboarding. Ciana has always been drawn to work that helps people grow, and she is excited to bring that passion to education.
Ciana holds a BA in industrial and organizational psychology from DePaul University. She lives in Arlington Heights, Illinois, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys making art, volunteering in her community, solving puzzles, and practicing pilates.
