Celeste joins Teach Plus Pennsylvania as Director of Development, where she will collaborate closely with the PA Executive Director to sustain and grow philanthropic support from institutional, corporate, and individual donors for our Pennsylvania region.
Celeste has built a 15+ year career spanning nonprofit, healthcare, education, and technical industries, consistently aligning business strategy, fundraising, and marketing to drive impact. She has held leadership positions at RHRC, DASI, Community Services for Children, ProJeCt of Easton, St. Luke’s Hospital, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, and the American Red Cross. Across these roles, she raised millions in grants and donor investments, launched national training platforms, expanded fee-for-service revenue streams, and built data-driven marketing and development systems. Her work has centered on creating and scaling opportunities, whether through program design, partnerships, or philanthropic strategy, that strengthen communities and increase equitable access to resources across education, healthcare, and social services.
Celeste earned her MBA from Bryant University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. She also shares her expertise as a volunteer with United Way of the Lehigh Valley, deepening her commitment to advancing equity and expanding opportunities in her community.
