Yohan Chang (he/him) is Director, Special Projects in the Regional Impact and Operations Office (RIOO). He leads key change management efforts across RIOO, including the Portrait of a Teach Plus Educator, and oversees broader project management and coordination — building the organizational conditions that move initiatives from concept to successful execution. He reports to Steph Devine, Chief Regional Impact and Operations Officer, and collaborates closely with regional and national staff.
Yohan began his career teaching on the west side of Chicago and serving as an AmeriCorps member. From there he moved into nonprofit work focused on college access and persistence. In 2018, he joined Teach Plus as Indiana Policy Associate, supporting the statewide fellowship program. He holds a BA in Classics from Knox College and an MA in Teaching from National Louis University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two children.
