In Teach Plus instructional leadership programs, excellent teachers enhance their professional capabilities by developing data analysis skills, making evidence-based decisions about teaching and learning, and leading professional development for their peers. Through comprehensive training, participants master key skills including facilitating adult learning, translating data into actionable knowledge, and implementing sustainable changes in instructional practice.
In the programs, teacher leaders cultivate meaningful partnerships with principals and district administrators, gather input from students and families to understand core challenges, and engage in school-wide decision-making.
