The imperative to reimagine the teaching role.
All students deserve access to high-quality instruction that allows them to realize their full potential. To make it happen, teaching must become more collaborative, more sustainable and more consistently excellent. The Coalition to Reimagine the Teaching Role brings together a diverse array of partners to create the conditions for inspired teaching and excellent learning.
What is reimagining the teaching role?
Sometimes called “strategic school staffing,” reimagining the teaching role replaces the rigid and isolated model of teaching and learning to a more collaborative and dynamic approach that creates the time, space and flexibility to effectively implement high-quality instructional materials.
