The Teach Plus Colorado Charter Teacher Policy Fellowship is a highly selective leadership opportunity for charter school educators who are ready to deepen their knowledge of education policy and play a role in shaping decisions that affect students, schools, and the teaching profession.

About the Fellowship

  • 10-month program starting in August 2025.
  • Fellows continue teaching while expanding their influence.
  • Monthly 2-hour virtual sessions with guest speakers, advocacy training, and working groups.
  • Additional working group meetings and opportunities to engage with policymakers.
  • Two in-person retreats to strengthen collaboration and advocacy.
  • No prior policy experience required.
