Delta Change Agent Network

Teach Plus is launching our 2025-26 Delta Change Agents Network (DCAN). This will be our second cohort of educators across the Delta to facilitate school-based change while building their skills and exercising leadership. The Network will bring teacher leaders together from across districts to create an equity-centered network hyper-focused on improving the culture and climate of schools and, ultimately, the educational experience for students.

Aligning with our organizational goal of significantly increasing college and career readiness rates – particularly in the Delta – Teach Plus is prepared to support middle and high school teacher leaders as they engage in redesigning their schools’ instructional practices, culture, and support systems to better prepare students for postsecondary success.  Change Agents will engage their principals and teams of their colleagues in examining the needs of the school community, identifying the scope of the need for change in their schools, and charting a path forward to solve problems of practice through continuous improvement.

Teach Plus Education Leadership Coaches will provide you with ongoing coaching support as you build your skills as school-wide change agents, foster shared ownership and a growth mindset culture, and develop the tools necessary to understand and measure the impact of your change projects on your peers, students, and schools
