In order to ensure that Harmony teachers can give effective feedback on the most important issues related to teaching and learning on Harmony campuses, Cabinet Members are trained in gathering feedback from stakeholders and advocacy. By working collaboratively from within the district, the cabinet is able to present workable solutions that fit the Harmony Public Schools context.
