Hira Adays is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Hira is a special education teacher at Mission Glen Elementary in Houston. Hira has a passion for learning and educating others, leading her to believe that every child can learn when provided the necessary tools to overcome barriers. She has served as a resource teacher and PLC Leader at Harmony Public Schools. She holds a BA in sociology and an MEd in education from Lamar University.
