Alicia Davis is a 2018-19 Teach Plus DFW Policy Fellow. Alicia teaches math at Edward Titche Elementary, an Accelerated for Campus Excellence (ACE) 2.0 campus in Dallas ISD. She has been active in multiple leadership roles including Distinguished teacher, Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT) member, and Texas Excellence Initiative (TEI) Expert, where she has trained teachers on the components of the performance evaluation system. Alicia has completed the Teaching Trust-Ed Fellows cohort program where she implemented a campus action project to develop higher order thinking skills to solve advanced word problems which resulted in monumental gains in math. Alicia graduated from the University of Texas-Arlington with a BS in Business Information Systems and earned an MEd in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University.
