Stefeni Becerra is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus New Mexico Change Agent who teaches social studies at Lake Arthur High School in Lake Arthur. Stefani also serves as a change maker and secondary content coach. With years of experience, she has earned informal leadership status due to her long tenure and commitment to her students’ education. Stefeni previously partnered with Future Focused Education, implementing innovative methods to boost student engagement and morale. She earned a BS in history with a minor in economics from Eastern New Mexico University and secondary licensure in social studies.
