Natasha F. Boone is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Texas Early Childhood Educator Group Facilitator. She is the Literacy Media Specialist at Rufus C. Burleson Elementary and an English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) educator, curriculum designer, and instructional consultant based in Dallas. Specializing in literacy instruction, curriculum development, and educator coaching for two decades, Natasha has served in multiple leadership roles, including ELAR Instructional Coach and Reading Interventionist. She is a member of the administration leadership team, testing team, culture committee, and an ELAR professional learning community facilitator. A two-time school Teacher of the Year recipient, Natasha is passionate about teacher development, student literacy success, and fostering a culture of learning. She holds a BA in sociology and M.Ed. in administration and supervision.
